The cows have returned to the field behind our Adams Family-esque house today. This is a sign of the winter being over when the cows some back to roost, lay their cow eggs, splash milk all over the trees, overgrown grass and stinging nettles. Of course I had to crack a bottle of champagne to celebrate (any excuse, as the missus would say). Well, the real reason was that Arsenal won the Premiership today!!!! OH HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN and Man United and Chelsea are a bunch of fucking pseudo-English bums sprinkled with other bums from other countries!!!
Come back to Belgium, all is forgiven! (I even forgot why you left!!)

There's really nothing better than going back through the years (in your mind, of course) and musing on all the great music that marked so many a milestone growing up. For me a big demarcation of the Life and Times of Colby Holland was my love affair with the greatness of The Cure (or just simply 'Cure', depending on what album cover you're looking at).
Just this morning, in fact, I went back through and listened to all those little gems that never got any radio play, though were strong enough, memorable enough, and fitting enough to provide my halcyon days (Oh God how I miss you!) with a little theme music.
Do yourself a favor, my brethren: revisit them for yourself. Listen to songs like "Catch", "Six Different Ways" and "High" one more time. Think about college a little. Muse. Smile.

thanks for being cool james.(no sarcasm) And just in time too. My real dad got out of prison yesterday and we were about to drive up and get my stuff the Fulsom way.
So, its official now. I leave for Malaysia (Borneo-Kota Kinabalu) the first week of July. The deal is I stay at least one year. Chris, don't cry. I'll miss you too. Tickets are being purchased as we speak. I won't be eligable for a work visa so I have to leave the country every three months to re-up my tourist status. Do I hear some Bali time coming on or what.
Spillane-If by some miracle we actually start to like eachother again (instead of our current state of mutual loathing). I will happily share a glass of rice wine with you on the veranda of my host-tribes' long house. You arent afraid of head hunters are you?
