Oh yeah, that must be why we are there NOW, and not 2 dozen other countries with the same problem. Before you embarrass yourself and further by regurgitating Bush speeches and NEO-CON propaganda. Please watch the following program on frontline http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/shows/pentagon/view/ (I assume you have a high speed internet connection because of those fat tax breaks you are receiving.) And you will know that Paul Wolfowitz had plans to remove Saddam Hussein and take control of the oil fields ten years ago, and that Rumsfield was the first to say on Sept. 11th “this is a good opportunity to take out Iraq.” Where he and Colin Powell later debated that Iraq has nothing to do with Sept 11th and that Afghanistan should be our focus.

So all your fucking mumbling is complete bullshit because on Sept. 11th Rumsifield was already planning to go to war and there was NO fucking intelligence at all... and that they SEARCHED for intelligence SEARCED for causes and reasons for us to go there. This is history and you are choosing to believe all the bullshit they are piping down at you.

There is no doubt about it, it is a complete fuck up over there. I want to know why we are there NOW, not the phony reasons we went there, but why were’re there NOW.

liberal media = abc, cbs, nbc, cnn, los angeles times, time, new york times, npr, seattle post-intelligencer, USA today, washington post,

besides everyone in america being behind the war before we knew there was faulty intelligence...

1. spread democracy to the muslim world. if we show the young iraqis a democratic and ownership society they will break away from the hardline ideals and other young muslims from other countries will see this and follow their lead. this would eventually eliminate these hardline authoritarian regimes and help eliminate the terrorists they harbor.
2. free iraqi women from the oppression of a hardline authoritarian regimes.
3. british intel showed an iraqi/al qaeda link .
4. iraq had repeatedly misled inspectors, refused access to certain sites, was unaccountable for missing weapons thereby breaching the seventeen chapter VII un security council resolutions and the un was doing nothing except following the same shell game iraq led them through for the last nine years.
5. eliminate the genocide and abuses of the shia muslims.

Hey that is pretty funny, wasn't "My Pet Goat" the book Bush was reading to those kids in Florida?

All you really need to ask is "Why are we in Iraq?" what is the reason, one good reason. why?

what liberal news are you refering to? you have to cite something for it to have credit.

why did we go to iraq, previous intelligence aside, what was the reason, and now that we know that reason not to be true, why are we there? is it for the people? i mean we wouldn't want to pull out and leave iraq a mess and send a message to terriorist that we are weak and all you have to do is cut off a few heads and we will pull out... (and besides, us being there is bound to make america safer)

or maybe they are bleeding us slowly... what is our deficit now, how much money have we spent on this, how many millions of dollars and lives do we waste everytime they simply raise a flag in the name of al Qaeda ... go get'em bush.

they are using our own military doctrin against us (powell doctrin) they are getting us to spend millions of dollars for every 100 dollars they spend.

my comment about brainwashing was a direct retort to chris's comment about the tax cuts not helping.

chris and i agree that iraq is fcked up right now but everyone in congress, republican and democrat alike, had the same british intelligence and everyone agreed that saddam should be removed based on that intelligence. it is not bush's fault he authorized the war with both democratic and republication congressmen's blessing and then the intelligence turned out false. the rest of the world will come around. we are working with the UN on iran. we are working with china, vietnam, japan, russia, & s. korea on the n. korea crisis like everyone wants.

despite what the liberal news portrays, we are safer on american soil than we were before 9/11

you want guestbook action...let rich stir up the shit

I think most of what Chris said was this thing we like to call sarcasm. and it has nothing to do with brainwashing, because most of us are educated and get out information from sources other than FOX and NBC... would you like a list? (not michael moore)
why do you think the rest of the world is laughing at us right now, they think we are nuts for reelecting bush. so your argument is that the rest of the world and the democratic party have all been brainwashed and only the republican party holds the true answers and bush is the man to shed that light upon our weak minds.

i will not let a brain washed kerry democrat liberal spew bad information saying the tax breaks have not helped. granted, spillane may only see a $300 to $500 break, but a married couple with children has seen thousands of dollars in tax relief….

1. Reduction of the tax bracket from 15% to 10% for the first $12,000 couples earn (Tax relief is $600)
2. Reduction of the second tier bracket from 28% to 25% would reduce the tax burden for a couple earning a combined $70,000 by $744.
3. Double the child credit from $500 to $1,000 (Net tax relief is $500)
4. Elimination of marriage penalty… if you do not itemize your tax returns your additional tax relief would be at least $500, or more depending on your income level.

And don’t say you can’t go overseas, because a) you have one income, a child, a new house….you weren’t going anywhere anytime soon and b) i wouldn’t go to iraq, afghanistan, pakistan, or israel, but when has an american been killed in europe, caribbean, north american, south american, australia…so your travel argument is just the same scare tactics that were used in john kerry’s failed campaign.

yeah, i am WAY better off for my tax break! i can't believe how much my life has improved! i mean, i can't even imagine my life without it!

too bad i won't be able to use any of the money to travel outside the country for fear i will get my neck slit. but at least i am safe at home! i mean, other than the antrax, the constant security alerts, and the general consensus that another attack WILL occur in the US at some point sooner rather than later, i am doing great! oh yeah, and i am sure we won't miss the billions and billions of dollars we have spent in iraq to...um..uh...what are we supposed to be getting out of that again? ah, who cares, i am sure there is SOME reason we are there.

good news is, bush will get ANOTHER 4 years to become the 'Great Uniter' he promised to be. until now, it appears the only thing he has successfully united is his cock and rich's ass.

say it with me...FOUR MORE TEARS, FOUR MORE WARS, FOUR MORE YEARS...

I wanted to go as a finished rubix cube...you know, all sides connected. But as per james suggestion, I made a better "artisitc" representation of myself though an unfinshed, if not, completely scrambled version of the rubix cube.
James is wrong though...if I could just prove it! Waitor! bring me another!

I knew going into the party, I KNEW! I promised myself good behavior. But somewhere secrectly...I knew. I rationalised "amber, if you can't pre-emptively control yourself on this night, then when can you ever expect too? your an adult now, your not trailor, you can do this, your all grown up. 26 now....(alot of which insued was ridiculing myself for not having a trade). Be aware of your consumption...network, make friends...dont embarass your boyfriend, least of all yourself."

but lo' lo' my friends, assuming I can abbreviate you as such....I failed terribly! and in recompense I sit here tonight. Two nights later, drunk and woeing in my sorrows.

It all started out OK. Checking out strangers costumes. Faining comfortability when I was anything but. So I did what I could. (shrugging shoulders and raising hands) I drank. I took over the keg in the backyard. I was more than willing to offer tapping assistance and pump when necceassary. You all know the story...the "friend of a friend" at the party, So you fill in the best you can. I filled in as Sargeant Major Keg and I filled red plastic cups....mainly my own...all night long. And I believe (as clearly as my memory allows me) that I befriended every outcast friend in the "circle". Every nerd and dork there, I was your friend, I was most comfortable with you...not cause Im a dork normally .... mind you..no no...because that night..I was not family, I was an outcast.

We skip ahead a few too many hours and a few too many drinks later...me trashed, married boys hitting on married girls, girlfriends hitting on others boyfriends, me just hitting my boyfriend, someone puking, someone having to tiptoe over it, stragglers hanging out longer than they should (me) at a party that has been over for hours,,,,good god. Waking up with my cheek pressed up against a dirty hardwood floor wih no recollection of how I got there and no boyfriend in sight.....yes. I think I let myself down. I held true to form. but my costume was pretty bad ass. I went as a giant rubix cube.

amber the biker decided to sign herself up (along with me) for the san juan island clean up. there was a lady standing in the market place with a large map of san juan island, the map had various colors with various names indicating some sort of ownership or responsibility of those areas... i think amber wanted to see her name, or my name on this map and decided to sign us up... we were to clean Pickett lane out at south beach. well a week has come and past and nor her or i went out there to clean up our disignated area. today i decided to take a look at the task ahead of us, the only problem was that there is no garbage out there for us to clean up. not wanting to look like a slacker, i drove back to town, bagged all my rubbish then drove back out there depositing it neatly along the side of the pickett lane making sure to space the bags ever 50 feet

i am sure glad to be doing my part to keep san juan island clean.

The “eval” of “Medieval” means “age” so by saying “Medieval Ages” you are saying “Middle Ages Ages.” Medievalists also greatly resent the common misspelling “Midevil.”

Is Amber back in da States?

Chris - I was talking to a friend who said he was on a tour of the Microsoft HQ a few years ago and decided to slip away when they got outside Billy G's office because he wanted the Gatesmeister to sign his book. Well he waited a while and then chickened out because he was afraid your boss would come out of the office and kick his ass! So what he did, when he returned to Belgium, he sent his book and a big box of Belgian chocolates to Mr. G. and asked him to sign the book. He actually got the book back but I told him that the secretary most likely signed the book and ate the chocolates! OK, I confess, the guy is from New Jersey - but he isn't me!

I'm reading "The Grapes of Wrath" and now know that if you cut yourself and start bleeding a lot, you just have to piss in the dirt, make a nice dirty-pissy ball out of it and put it right over the dripping area. It stops the bleeding right away, according to Mr. Steinbeck. See, the classics are best!
